We found an awesome apartment on the top floor which looked quite modern and overlooked the water. It was a break lease, (meaning the tenant had signed a lease but couldn't meet it to the end) the owner said the tenant needed to move to the country in a rush. Nothing strange about that we thought. 

Within a few weeks, we had moved in, from the first night, it was a strange feeling like that feeling of being watched but we brushed it off and got settled in.

It didn't take us long to notice something wasn't right. We would hear all sorts of banging at night. We would get up in the morning and all our cupboard doors would be opened. We even got complaints from neighbors of us doing cartwheels and banging in the middle of the night. We both were not party animals and went to bed at 9 pm, and didn't get up until daylight. 

Footsteps, banging, doors opening, all that horror movie stuff was happening nightly. Yes, we were freaked out. I always kept a light on but we got used to it. We referred to it as our roommate. As soon as we accepted it, it didn't scare us anymore until we saw him. 

I was hanging out in my friend's room, and I was laying on my stomach and my friend was propped up facing the door. We were chatting away about something. All of a sudden my friend grabbed my arm very hard and said, 
"there is something in the doorway", 
I laughed thinking she was just goofing around, and then I turned over to look. 
I saw this figure in the doorway, I'm talking head, arms, torso, and legs. It wasn't see through but it wasn't a black mass either. It was sort of grey and almost grainy like t.v static.
I watched as it lifted its arm and fucking waved at us. 
I turned over to shut my eyes and screamed and basically had a full panic attack. 

There is no way I can explain that away. I am 100% convinced I've seen a ghost. I mean how often can someone say that two people saw the exact same thing? 
A lot more happened in that apartment but this is getting a little long.
